I never had a spa treatment before, I was very excited for getting my first therapeutic massage at Scandinave spa. When I arrived I went to the baths, was very relaxing very quiet it was a nice escape till my male therapist arrived that I did not expect, i was only comfortable with a female which I wish they have mentioned on the phone. Receptionist was not helpful, funny enough it was supposed to be “quiet zones” until she raised her voice to tell me I did not mention that I have wanted a female massage therapist instead. I drove for two and a half hours to get my first massage that I did not receive. I feel horrible for the male therapist for wasting his time as much as my time. Epic fail and funny enough they kept my deposit. No one made it clear to me that I had a choice at booking to choose male or female Masseuse. Hope we both learned fromThis..
