It has been weeks of trying to reach out to the branch that messed up my return. Over $800 was spent getting my taxes done, only to learn they were messed up. When they tried to correct it, more mistakes were made.I spoke with Scott and Verena, both were useless as Customer Service and did nothing to assist. Verena was rude and refused to let me discuss the issue with a manager. 3 weeks of them telling me only the branch could help.NEVER TRUST YOUR TAXES WITH THESE PEOPLE. Next stop is small claims court.
