I have been a customer of Liberty Tax for many years! I got to know me 1st tax account, (Mary), for 2 years; when returned the after the 2nd year she was gone!The new guy & I it took a little time for us to form a working relationship. Mainly due to I felt he didn't know what he was doing & he was overcharging me based on my tax prior income & what the previous agent charged!Back then, I was an outside sales representative for the SF Chronicle Newspapers. I retired from that job I 2014! Although I am still in sales, I make way less.money, but he still charges me the same with fee with less work on his part!Recently, he revealed that he had been (told by someone) that he was overcharging me on the fees!!! My next question: "Can I get my money back for the overcharging"??? To which, he just smiled & brushed off the question!My question is STILL: How can I get my money back for the overchargement???(This year he charged me $200 for processing my 2017 taxes, that too wad too much based on NO itemizing!!! Same thing last year, but his fee was higher)!!!
