Called too order a air hammer and puller set out of the monthly flyer. Can't remeber the name of the girl that took my order. But she was super nice and easy ordering. I have never had to use the warranty yet. So cant comment on that. I dont deal with a truck. Since im a happy homeowner. So if i have to warranty a tool i will mail it in. But from the customer service I've had, im sure it wont be a problem

I’m an aircraft mechanic, and I bought a full toolbox full of Mac Tools, going on 25 years ago. I still use them every day, and I’m still pleased with them. They have held up to my use (and abuse!) admirably. One of my favorite Mac Tools I own is my 1 1/4” combination wrench. It has a slight bend in it, due to a stubborn main landing gear bolt 20 years ago. We had a four foot pipe on it, and two people hanging on it!It worked. And always brings a smile to my face when I open the drawer and see it. (I could’ve gotten it replaced....but nah)

Dock is hard to get into with a 53' trailer. Gotta back around the cars in the parking lot. But the guys who unloaded me were fast and friendly.
