Called too order a air hammer and puller set out of the monthly flyer. Can't remeber the name of the girl that took my order. But she was super nice and easy ordering. I have never had to use the warranty yet. So cant comment on that. I dont deal with a truck. Since im a happy homeowner. So if i have to warranty a tool i will mail it in. But from the customer service I've had, im sure it wont be a problem
