I called short notice and Life Maid Simple managed to get me an appointment to get our house cleaned. They did a wonderful job on their first visit. We were very pleased and they were very friendly with our dog. We found both ladies enjoyable and efficient, went above and beyond to make sure the house was clean and fresh by the time they were finished. It was a pleasure after previous frustrating experiences and I look forward to seeing them again!

Life maid simple frankly does not even deserve 1 star. I set up this cleaning service to clean my fathers house every other week while I was away at school. We have had cleaning people my entire life, and while I have high standards the house is small. They cleaned the house for about three months and when I came home I could badly tell it had been touched. But the final cherry on the cake was when two of her employees broke a massive mirror in my living room while I was home. They tried to blame it on my dog (impossible it was on a mantle), the wind, faulty mounting (it hasn't moved for 16 years) anything but taking ownership. At the end of the encounter I had to ask the two woman to leave, while one stood in front of my house screaming at me and my boyfriend to go "f*** myself" while getting into their marked Life Maid Simple car. Not only was this appalling and outrageous it also upset my neighbors. The same woman screaming on the street kept antagonizing me to come "fight" her. Initially Kate handled this well, sending flowers and chocolates and apologizing. However, when it came time to pay the agreed upon damages of $350 Kate did no such thing. Instead, she wanted to see if her "husband the handyman" could fix my mirror and candlesticks. This offer came a month after saying she would send a check promptly. I lowered the price $100 dollars not wanting to fuss with it anymore and she sent me a check for $250. Overall, this company cleans horribly, is rude and clearly mismanaged and underfunded. Don't use life maid simple, you're better off cleaning it yourself.

I have been using Life Maid Simple for the past few months. This has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them! I am a busy professional who is also pursuing a graduate degree. I don't have much free time and in those few spare moments, I really don't want to use all my time to deep clean my home. Life Maid Simple has been a lifesaver! They are professional, punctual, and respectful. Thank you, Monica and Glenda and all of the other team members!

We have been using Life Maid Simple for residential cleaning the past several years. There's been a few different teams, however, I'd like to note Lindsay and Glenda, who do a great job. All of the teams are professional and courteous. I especially like how well they clean hardwood floors, appliances and baths. They cover every corner of our home, getting dust from hard to see areas. I highly recommend.

Always a great cleaning experience. We have a couple large dogs as well as a couple cats so it's difficult to get everything thoroughly cleaned. Stephanie, Glenda & Monica did an amazing job. Our house was spotless!
