It's too bad I can't give them a "0" for service. I have tried for a year to get me email login updated to no avail. After calling the local office and the corporate customer service number MULTIPLE times with no return call, I tried to reach the executive office and left messages for the Chief Commercial Officer Beth Stiller who did not respond. I also attempted to reach the CEO Joe Magnacca however, he is not listed in the phone directory...wonder why. I guess I shouldn't be surprised given all of the other reviews. What's disappointing is that the local franchises are usually awesome; it's just unfortunate they have to deal with a bunch of corporate clowns.
