My husband and I just left our couples massage and it was so relaxing!! Our massage therapists were Briana and Kaia both were amazing and focused on what areas we asked to be massaged. We will definitely be going back!

I was going to the Westland location for about 2 years for massages on a regular basis. I was very happy with the service and all of the therapists. Everyone was very professional and the facility was clean and comfortable. However, in November 2019 I was unable to reach them to schedule my next appointment. So I drove there to discover that they had a sign on their door saying that they had to close due to loss of lease. I was a little disappointed that I had not received any notice and no one had contacted me. The next month I received another charge for a massage on my credit card. I called two different phone numbers and left several messages and was never able to reach anyone to discuss this. I ended up having to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Very poor and unprofessional way of dealing with closing a business!

Horrible customer service!!! I booked a Saturday couples massage using Groupon 4 weeks in advance, and they called me 5 days before to cancel it because they have a new "no Groupon on Saturdays policy". No exceptions. Pretty pathetic to cancel someone's Valentines Day plans 5 days before the day. No one else will have openings this soon. Thanks for ruining our day.

I had a couples massage today with my husband. Although, I LOVED my massage and masseuse! (I forgot her name) They both did start late and we were told that we would still get a full hour and we got 45 minutes. My husband noticed his masseuse was barefoot and he felt as if she didn’t get his target areas. The last time we got a massage here our massesuses were texting and didn’t seem to care about doing their job. We have memberships so even though I’ve had one good massage here, we don’t plan on coming back.

Came here last week for a massage and it was absolutely great! My therapist Aleta was amazing and followed up on what i wanted and helped me feel better! The place is very clean and updated! I loved this place a lot will come back very soon! Very relaxing and calming!

I scheduled an appointment and pre-paid for the special which was $50.00. I tried to rescheduled the appointment and the clerk was extremely rude. The management was unwilling to reschedule and charge me full price although I was initially offered a sales price. I would not recommend this place due to poor service, poor customer satisfaction and changing prices on the customer at the last minute.
