I was going to the Westland location for about 2 years for massages on a regular basis. I was very happy with the service and all of the therapists. Everyone was very professional and the facility was clean and comfortable. However, in November 2019 I was unable to reach them to schedule my next appointment. So I drove there to discover that they had a sign on their door saying that they had to close due to loss of lease. I was a little disappointed that I had not received any notice and no one had contacted me. The next month I received another charge for a massage on my credit card. I called two different phone numbers and left several messages and was never able to reach anyone to discuss this. I ended up having to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Very poor and unprofessional way of dealing with closing a business!
