NEVER GO TO A MASSAGE HEIGHTS how embarrassing

Feedback:

I'm trying to get a response from a franchise owner at the Schertz location to refund my money. I cancelled my services on 8/22. I did not have a "contract", I simply had a month to month contract. They still took money out and I can't get anyone to call me back to get this refund processed. As I'm reading the reviews, I'm outraged at this thieving industry. Do they think people simply have $70-$100 to throw away. I paid for the services that I used. I am now using health insurance for my back issues so I cancelled. I guess that's not a good enough reason, they still want to take my money. I'm in the customer service industry and we would never be in business if we treated our customers in this manner.Who can I get in touch with to get my $70 refund?

Feedback:

Had an issue with a gift card not being received by email. Once I found this corporate office number, they were able to resend to a different email for me. Recommendation to owner: add this number in the contact page of the message heights website. When I couldn't find it on there, I thought I was being scammed somehow. Luckily I found this and it was resolved.

Feedback:

Don't ever sign contract with them..they tell you there are loopholes to get out..such as 3 days after signing..our If you live more then 25 miles away..on numerous occasions I tried to cancel. For legitimate reasons...2 employees assured it would be taken care of..I made it clear I didn't want to freeze acct ave restart.. I was told no ma'am we will cancel...for 2 months no money was taken..I thought finally..but then from Dec 2017 to present .They have been taken $..trying to get a person to call you is a joke as the machine always answers.Guess I will have to take this matter to another level..tired of all the excuses and placing blame on employees who supposedly misinformed me.

Feedback:

I stop service with them two months before and they still charge my card after when I haven’t even set foot in there and two months. Talking about I had a contract when I canceled it with them two months ago. these people are thieves don’t give them your credit card. Give them negative stars but you can’t here

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, awesome massages

Feedback:

Possibly the worst experience ever with an nationwide company. Who doesn’t have a customer service number???? Buyer beware I’m having to jump through hoops to get a charge I didn’t authorize removed off my card I’m not even signed up for the service i Went to the lake woodlands office upon paying I was told that booking the appointment online even though I gave my credit card they would still need my credit card to charge me I gave my credit card to pay for service which they then stored without my knowledge in there system. Surprise today I get an $119 charge on my card for a massage I didn’t receive i then call the place and am informed by Bridget the manager she wouldn’t remove a charge for an appt I missed and but didn’t sign up for — lesson learned I should of done further research on this scam of a company If I had read the reviews here I definitely wouldn’t of signed up for the initial appt

Feedback:

Absolutely horrible! My wife is pregnant with our third child and has been unable to use the services for almost a year now. We have tried on multiple occasions to cancel our service and have been unsuccessful. We went in today in person to cancel our services to only be told by the customer service rep, that the rep that is authorized to cancel services is unavailable. When I ask when the so called rep would be available, we were told that they didn't know. I feel like our account is being held hostage by this fictitious rep that they have made up. I only want to stop paying for a service that I am no longer using! This is ridiculous and should be illegal! If I were to take services that I did not pay for, I would be arrested! I Hate this place with a passion! Stay away from businesses like these people!

Feedback:

I was sexually harassed by a male masseuse who had uncovered my body from the blanket and tried to kiss me during the service. When I filed a complaint they made me PAY for that experience and tried to offer a free massage with a female masseur next time, "in case that would make me more comfortable." I requested that my file be destroyed so the therapist could not access my personal information. That therapist was fired (from the Alamo heights location btw), I asked corporate to refund my massage. I have been promised by multiple managers that a check was sent to me via mail (it was not) and I continue to receive emails regarding my account, which was obviously never destroyed. This was a disturbing experience, and most disappointingly, over a year later it has not ended. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

Feedback:

Absolutely horrible experience with the manager and owner. at the Rancho Cucamonga Massage Heights They have no concept of what customer service means. I do not recommend going to this facility.10/18/16-Update I called customer service a month ago and still no response from this company AND after canceling my membership, they charged my debit card again. This company is HORRIBLE! I would NEVER recommend them!
