Fresh vegetables always! Healthy food! Extra topping options! You can judge it yourself:) I have been eating there for very long time and Not Once I got sick!!!I read few bad comments about how bad they are : | How about how good they try to be?They always have fresh vegetables on counter with many extra options such as different nuts and fresh fruits to add to salads and they fill up your wraps or salads till it's about to explode from being full!!!Ofcours there is a price for healthy & fresh food with extra options that we don't find in MacDonalds or Tim Hortons which give us a small pc of lettuce and if you get lucky then extra pc of tomatoes that are not fresh half of times.Those people should know that even tho Wraps people may not be perfect but they try to serve Clean & Fresh food every day! Unlike those burger joints that use thier old dark oil to cook your food and god knows what goes behind walls of those places that people are getting minimum wage and don't care about what they serving people or if the meat or vegetables been touching the ground or etc.What I like about this place is that they do everything in front of everyone and if you don't like something you see then ask them nicely and they fix it right away to your satisfaction, as I have seen before! Overall, I trust their food over many other fast food restaurants.

I have been going there for breakfast and lunch for while now with my coworkers and we all love the food at this location. The quality and variety is great - love the fresh salads, sandwiches and smoothies. The portions are generous as well! The customer service is exceptional always with a smile. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves good quality, fresh food at reasonable prices!👍👍

It is an amazing place.I went there with my friends. They make very delicious wraps and smoothies. The place is very clean. They make wraps with full love. They also serve fresh salads and sandwiches. I would recommend all to go their once.

This place is ridiculous. They claim they sell $4 wraps as their special of the day, but this is a lie. No matter what you order, it's never the price they say it'll be. If I could rate this place in negatives I would. I bought soup from this place one time and it had hair in it. Multiple coworkers of mine have had to pay inconsistent amounts for the same product on the daily special. Not to mention, today I asked for the special of the day which the woman claims she doesnt have because she knows she would have to charge me the daily "special" I ended up asking for a small veggie wrap and I visit the cash and tell them my order and the woman working there wanted to charge me for a large. After insisting that I asked for a small wrap she said she would make me one. The other wrap goes to complete waste and she begins to make me a new wrap for which she claims she doesn't have the ingredients for. This place is a scam and they are not honest people at all. They'd rather waste perfectly good food than admit a fault or by any means, give people more than what they paid for, even when they charge more than they should. Never giving them my money again.

We had a terrible experience ordering from Mega Wraps catering this past weekend. I put in an order about a week and a half before a party I was hosting on Saturday and when my husband brought the wraps home they were NOT what I ordered. The woman who runs the catering business had put sauces and vegetables I DIDN'T ask for in the wraps. I called to tell her that I was unhappy with the order and that it was not what I ordered and at first she insisted that that was in fact what I ordered. I then told her that there was no way that I had ordered the wraps like this since there were peppers in my wraps and I had 2 guests ALLERGIC to peppers so I would have NEVER ordered them! She then went on to tell me that she thought she was doing something nice for me in adding "extra" vegetables which then made me even more upset, since she was contradicting herself and admitting that she did in fact mess up the order. When I told her I wanted to be compensated, she told me there was nothing she could do. It was TERRIBLE customer service and I will definitely NEVER order from Mega Wraps again. If I could have given Mega Wraps catering zero stars, I would have.

Cute shop. First time here, very welcoming atmosphere. Staff was smiling and happy to see customers. The lady took time when preparing my wrap and answering my many questions of "whats that, what sauce is this?". Taste was good. Very pleasing experience.
