Client Review on Mega Raps

We had a terrible experience ordering from Mega Wraps catering this past weekend. I put in an order about a week and a half before a party I was hosting on Saturday and when my husband brought the wraps home they were NOT what I ordered. The woman who runs the catering business had put sauces and vegetables I DIDN'T ask for in the wraps. I called to tell her that I was unhappy with the order and that it was not what I ordered and at first she insisted that that was in fact what I ordered. I then told her that there was no way that I had ordered the wraps like this since there were peppers in my wraps and I had 2 guests ALLERGIC to peppers so I would have NEVER ordered them! She then went on to tell me that she thought she was doing something nice for me in adding "extra" vegetables which then made me even more upset, since she was contradicting herself and admitting that she did in fact mess up the order. When I told her I wanted to be compensated, she told me there was nothing she could do. It was TERRIBLE customer service and I will definitely NEVER order from Mega Wraps again. If I could have given Mega Wraps catering zero stars, I would have.
