They say they stock thousands of metals. I called in with off the shelf steel tubing item. It took them 2 hours to return my call. I called qt 7:30 am as soon they opened. Spoke with troy gave him the spec. I called an hour later asking fir pricing and availability. Troy answered. He said they don't have an answer and said they are helping other that were ahead of me. I called at exactly 7:30 am the minute they opened. 2 hours later Mark called and said it will 300$ for a 20$ item. Bottom line they don't stock off the self items nor they are competitive.
