Client Review on Michel's Baguette Bakery Cafe'

Very bad experience. I work overnight at commerce court and i usually grab breakfast from the food court. So today morning I just grabbed a bagel with jam and butter from Michel’s. I know it’s not a huge order but that’s all I really wanted. So I repeated my order to the lady. And when she handed over my order to me I saw that it’s just bagel with butter. I told her that I clearly mentioned bagel with jam and butter. She gave me a mean look and took it away from me and said that it’ll charge more. And as she added jam to it she literally started cursing me in her native language with her colleague. The worst was the way she handed it back to me. Literally throwing it at me. Thats not how you should greet your customers that too at 8:30 in the morning. It ruined my morning and I felt so embarrassed for the behaviour and how rude she was.
