Feedback:

Steve was great, he communicated often, explained the issues thoroughly, and best of all, the price was very reasonable. Won't hesitate to call them again to fix my riding lawn mower.

Feedback:

On personal level, Russ a very nice guy. On a professional level, office secretary (J) rude and unprofessional when dealing with customer issues. Had initial visit for tune up and repair issues with both a snow blower and lawn mower. Diagnosis: New battery required on self start mower; requested one be installed. Paid for service call AND the new battery, rightfully so, no problem there. Result: Mower still did not start w/ electric start, only manual pull. Called the office, spoke to Janet .....then waited....and waited....no response, but figured perhaps they were very busy. Given it was July and a slow growth period for grass, meaning one cut a week, if that, I followed up approx. 3 weeks later as a family member was also in the hospital 10 days during that time; (I made due w/ pull start). Called again, this time J. said that she didn't recall ever eceiving my call regarding problem with electric start(???). (Yet the record of it is on my phone bill) According to her schedule, no service possible until mid-September! Subsequently, she called leaving a message: the first, as per Russ's instruction, was in the mean time to have the charger checked (which is a plug in cable); I actually ordered a new one direct from the manufacturer. Still no charge on battery. Second follow up call later that same day by Janet indicated that Russ suggested to pull the battery and have it checked. She said it could be that it was "dead" as a default defect or some other rubbish. Do you not check it before delivering it? Thought it was new? Thought I paid for that service in the first place. Why would the customer have to pull the battery if it was provided by them in the first place, especially as a mobile repair service? Arrive Sept. 10, 2018... ended up in ER w/ parent on the morning they were to arrive for the followup scheduled back at end of July/early August; to be charged BTW to check the very battery I paid for w/ initial service fee that hadn't worked since July 6th, date of install. Initial fees, I have no problem with, but a followup charge for something I received that didn't work? Called back later that same day to alert them of my situation that morning, apologizing for missing Russ but the situation was beyond my control. Janet extremely rude, as if this was all my fault and their inconvenience overruled my situation that morning which was beyond my control, never mind the two months of a non-functioning purchased item and the phone call made to her to let them know of it after initial install without any response until I contacted them in a second followup call. Initially not angry; July slow growing season, but simply wanted to get things sorted. Now angry at both the treatment and the service. Janet indicated that Russ would call me directly following our call on Sept. 10. Currently 9/22, no call, no follow up, no working battery....no great review. Will spread the word.

I've used Mobile Repair guys twice now, and each time it was incredibly easy to schedule service (within a week), Chris showed up on time, with parts in hand, and completed all work.I've had him (based in Hartland) tune up my riding lawnmower and snow blower. Oil changes, filters, spark plugs. Heck, he even cleaned up my dirty lawmower deck and she runs like new!Well worth the money and more convenient than hauling my power equipment to a shop!

Did not fully complete service as requested. The company did not replace the air filter during routine lawn mower tune up. It was not noted on the triplicate copy receipt that it was changed. When I called to ask why, I was told that he forgot to mention my air filter was out stock and he was planning on stopping by the next day to replace. However if I would not have done a service check and not called back, the lawn mower would have been locked up and not accessible. During all this I was never apologized too. Please note he did drop off the air filter the next day but I still paid for the full service. There was no discount for my time and effort to check the work the was "completed"

Ran into an issue with my snow blower early in the season and the professional service I got from them helping get it back up and running will now have me use them for all my future needs.

From the time I set the appointment to the day of the service I was treated professionally. Russ came to service our snowblower and he couldn't have taken more then 30-40 minutes to finish the job. Very well priced service and any questions you may have, Russ is the man to lead you in the right direction. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE FOR YOUrSMALL ENGINE NEEDS!! Amazing work!

David Polley came out and tuned up my snowblower. He was on time and very professional. He also answered all my questions about the proper use of my machine! When he finished he left everything neat and clean. I would highly recommend David Polley and The Mobile Repair Guys!!

Great service. My snowblower died and I left a message for Russ on Sunday. Monday morning I was up and running again. Fast, friendly, professional service at very reasonable rates. Very satisfied and I highly recommend.
