Please don't get service with this company. I fell into their trap of their advertisement for new customers. This company creates unauthorised debts. I just learned this weekend that they have been charging me for treatment to my yard without my authorisation. I specifically told them that I wanted the service cancelled and that I was going to call them if I needed the service again. All this information was shared through a phone conversation with one of their representatives. Their representative was very nice and told me that they were very flexible and that they will stop the service. Also she stated that whenever I wanted to resume the service just to call them. I felt that everything was taken care of but instead I kept getting billed for it. I just found out that I have been getting billed since 2015. Also we sold our home on 28 October 2016 and they continued to spray even though we don't live in that address anymore. The latest bill is for 276 dollars from May 2017 to now. I have been trying for Ms. Morris to take care of the situation but so far it seems like I am being avoided. Also please don't give them access to your bank account. I already contacted Navy Federal about this company taking money out of my account without my consent. I called Mosquito Joe Friday night stating that they didn't have permission to take the 276 dollars but instead they rushed and took the money the following day. I am so sad of how company's like this takes advantage of their customers. I read some of the reviews on this page and it just seems like MOSQUITO JOE continues the same pattern of stealing our money!!! I wonder how these people sleep at night? I will pray for you all!!! I will also write to the "Better Business Bureau" to report this company for stealing the money of a military Veteran that has given so much for this country!!! July 29, 2017 Mosquito Joe has resolved the problem and has refunded our 276 dollars back to our bank account. Linda has apologised several times for the inconvenience. We are very pleased with the issue being resolved. It took some time but MOSQUITO JOE came through for us. Thank you Linda for resolving the issue. I recommend that with any company not just Mosquito Joe you keep proof of everything especially cancellation notices.
