Horrible...Not Professional or on Purpose, not sure. Problem was toilet water going to bathtub , and started leaking to the first floar. So he started ripping off the drywall in the ceiling in purpose to see where is the leak. and after ripping off the ceiling , he decided to check the toilet, and remove it to sneak in the pipe, but he doesn't have the tool, and left with all the mess, and asked for a lot of money, ended paying over 200 for nothing. Normally we start by sneaking in the toilet .....Horrible Horrible Horrible......
