Mr rooter corporate is located in Waco Tx. Any prospective franchisers who are thinking about buying a Rooter shop—I was a shop for 16 years, things had never really worked out for the whole time, they ignored the struggles I was having with being a good candidate for this outfit, at the end of our relationship they sued me for everything possible, over $600000 with over $50000 she invested in legal fees, and I have no money to invest in legal fees. Dina Dwyer will take everything you have as some kind of a punishment for not being a successful franchise. The sheriff has recently seized all my personal belongings from my rental property, televisions, microwave, dirt bike, primo grill, yard tools, fishing rod/reels, and so fourth,,they are now in process of evicting me from my house and FYI. It’s not worth even close to the suit, maybe they get $30000. They have already seized and sold some other rental property I had, (she got her a whopping $13000 from that) Dina and company will get their revenge.But in all fairness, I was doing fine with the company until Mary Thompson showed up, if you want to be snubbed and looked down upon, she’s your girl!
