We needed a plumbing service at our store in Waco in July 2019. Our store had flooded due to a drain being blocked in our mop sink. A plumber from Mr. Rooter came out and looked at the sink and gave us an estimate of $14,232 to "fix the problem". We received a bill for $297.50 (including $198 for a cable) even though nothing was resolved or fixed. We then called another business on the following day who came out and looked at the drain and retrieved several items that had fallen down the drain into the pipes (while we were there watching). This business that actually completed the job only charged us $105 and resolved the problem within 30 minutes. We have photos and videos of their work and confirmation that the problem was fixed. So obviously, the estimate of $14,000+ that Mr. Rooter gave us was absurd. We would NOT recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Waco!
