They were quick, nice and focused. My only complaint is that they soldered the pipes together when the coupler was attached to the tank, burning the sealer tape.

Avoid at all costs!!Unless you are savvy and know about plumbing and exactly what you need ...and don't need ... do not use this company. They will pressure you into doing work you don't need. And, on top of everything, their customer service is awful.The response from the company below is full of half truths and purposely misleading.The service crew did not tell me my waterheater was NOT broken. I realized it was not broken myself (misinformation from a tenant) and the service people tried to talk me into replacing it regardless as well as doing other unnecessary work. Only when I refused they told me about a service call fee that was not previously disclosed. I had also agreed to pay the fee but asked for a credit to my account for a future job. We have many waterheaters and had already used them for several.Like I said...you can use this company if you are savvy about plumbing. And...the only reason their workers were at the house for over the 15 minutes it took to try to scam me and communicate with the boss regarding the 'house call' charge, was to harass my tenant after I had left the premises. I will not call them again. This part they got right!!!

We did not use this service due to obscene pricing. Please make sure you are not getting ripped off. Thanks for the explanation now, after the fact, and not when I have my 75 year old father on the phone. I don't know anything about water heaters... I know about dollars and cost. If I would have been told that places are closed it would be "x" amount more to go here and there I could explain that to my father and he could determine if the price was still ridiculous. After the explanation the price seems fine. What's not fine, however, is the lack of customer service with the customer on the PHONE and it's only AFTER a review that an actual explanation is provided.

Awesome service and price! I had Mr Waterheater come out a year ago to replace a failed hot water heater in one of my rental units. They were quick, clean, and inexpensive. Fast forward a year and the rental inspector failed the unit due to the hot water heater flu having a "negative angle". I didn't think it had a negative angle but I called Mr Waterheater and explained the situation. They sent someone out the same day (!) and rectified the issue which included chipping away at some of the chimney block. The best part was I didn't get charged for this visit! Great work! I highly recommend calling Mr Waterheater!
