Our experience with American Mattress Gallery was superb. My husband visited a few times without me to scope out the mattresses and then we both returned twice to check out the ones he had narrowed down. Bill was such a fun and knowledgeable salesman. He helped us really hone in on what was the best mattress for us. We've had our new mattress for a few weeks now, and my husband and I both wake up saying, "This is the most comfortable bed ever!" We also bought a quality weighted blanket that is so cozy and not too hot. Go in and see Bill if you want to figure out what mattress to get. He isn't pushy and won't mind if you come back to the store four times before buying!!

I needed advice about bed frames and my existing mattress. They had no opportunity to make money but gave thorough information anyway. Bill was very helpful and gave me great peace of mind.

I went here looking for a new mattress as I thought my other new one was causing me restless nights. My other mattress had a 120 day trial with a full refund guaranteed if I did not like it. Because I still had 90 days until that mattress needed to be returned, I went here to see if I could find a more comfortable one. I ended up going with a Serta, as I saw on their website that they do offer refunds (minus 15%) so I assumed this store was the same way. However, they do not accept returns even though I was never told the sale was final and that the items I bought could not be returned. the mattress turned out to be even more uncomfortable than my other one so I wanted to return it - but I can't. Needless to say, I'm out $2200 and nobody seems to want to buy my mattress that I slept on a few weeks.If you are looking for a mattress, do not buy from a store without a return policy. I suggest looking for mattresses here and then buying them on the particular mattress brand's website (if they offer returns).I really don't like leaving negative reviews but I don't want anyone else to be ripped off like I was for not knowing this store does not accept returns. I would have bought the mattress directly from Serta had I known this store didn't offer refunds while Serta directly does.
