I went here looking for a new mattress as I thought my other new one was causing me restless nights. My other mattress had a 120 day trial with a full refund guaranteed if I did not like it. Because I still had 90 days until that mattress needed to be returned, I went here to see if I could find a more comfortable one. I ended up going with a Serta, as I saw on their website that they do offer refunds (minus 15%) so I assumed this store was the same way. However, they do not accept returns even though I was never told the sale was final and that the items I bought could not be returned. the mattress turned out to be even more uncomfortable than my other one so I wanted to return it - but I can't. Needless to say, I'm out $2200 and nobody seems to want to buy my mattress that I slept on a few weeks.If you are looking for a mattress, do not buy from a store without a return policy. I suggest looking for mattresses here and then buying them on the particular mattress brand's website (if they offer returns).I really don't like leaving negative reviews but I don't want anyone else to be ripped off like I was for not knowing this store does not accept returns. I would have bought the mattress directly from Serta had I known this store didn't offer refunds while Serta directly does.
