BEWARE of the owners Tricks with ripping people off!!! The English accent owner who is OCD about being the one to charge the customers tried to rip me off again. I went in to ship an item that weights 2 oz., a Bluetooth for the ear that broke. I told him. "put in a paper envelope and ship the slowest, cheapest way". He came back and told me it would be $30 or so. I then, told him a sent the same device to Plantronics from the UPS store on 41 (Tamiami) and it costed 4-5 dollars through the post office option. He said 16 is his lowest. I left and went back to the other UPS store and shipped it for 4.63. It is insane that UPS lets a franchise owner run their business like this!!!!!!

SERIOUSLY $1 to tape a mini size box ? Are you not making any profit? I use many ups stations and I have never been charged $1 to tape a small box.. customer service is definitely not a priority here.GO TO ANY OTHER UPS THEY DONT CHARGE you $1 to tape over your return label

Carefully packed and taped box with an item to send next day air. Prepaid label from recipient. Did not tape on label - mistakenly thought that like FedEX they would put in a stick on label holder. While waiting for my turn, looked around and saw mailboxes. I need one and they looked good. Seriously considering. Presented my box and label to staff. She said she has to tape on label and will cost $1. Picked up my stuff and left. One dollar is insignificant as money. But says something about owner. Will not return. Actually, it was partly my fault. I didn't read these reviews before going. Lots of bad ones. One even had the exact same reaction to the $1 label tape on charge. The owner does step up to the plate and respond to some reviews. He will say something like "When using a prepaid package it must be ready to ship, if it requires taping there is a service fee." You own the store. $1 is small (although way more than your cost:) (your printing charges seem more outrageous). You might/probably run a good store in most ways, but you lost me. I guess I am too sensitive to getting ripped off.
