Carefully packed and taped box with an item to send next day air. Prepaid label from recipient. Did not tape on label - mistakenly thought that like FedEX they would put in a stick on label holder. While waiting for my turn, looked around and saw mailboxes. I need one and they looked good. Seriously considering. Presented my box and label to staff. She said she has to tape on label and will cost $1. Picked up my stuff and left. One dollar is insignificant as money. But says something about owner. Will not return. Actually, it was partly my fault. I didn't read these reviews before going. Lots of bad ones. One even had the exact same reaction to the $1 label tape on charge. The owner does step up to the plate and respond to some reviews. He will say something like "When using a prepaid package it must be ready to ship, if it requires taping there is a service fee." You own the store. $1 is small (although way more than your cost:) (your printing charges seem more outrageous). You might/probably run a good store in most ways, but you lost me. I guess I am too sensitive to getting ripped off.
