Lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Acted like she did not want to be there. Gave attitude the whole time, rolled her eyes when I asked what the price was for 12 cookies, because I couldn’t find it on the menu.

went in for some ice cream the female employee was so nice and helpful. Great service place was clean and smelled like fresh baked cookies. We will definitely be going back

Female employee who identified herself as store manager, but refused her name today was rude and standoffish! She was very dry and rude to 2 kindergarten kids and to a family of whom was celebrating their moms birthday. So it wasn't surprising when she reacted rudely to me after inquiring on why the wait was an hour for a 9in or 12in cookie cake when their bulletin promised 30 minutes or less. She said that time is only if it's available. I've contacted corporate and was assured this is not correct and offered me free cake at the outlet location! Please beware of this untruthful self acclaim manager, she is lazy and obviously not efficient that she is not prepared up to cafe standards.

I will never come to this place again! Walked in and the girl working in the store wasn’t welcoming at all and looked as if she had been sleeping. I asked her if they had the larger cookies to purchase she just says no and nothing else. Terrible customer service! I went to Great American Cookie on Fry Rd. and they made exactly what I wanted in a hour!! They were the two sweetest women ever!! Give them your business if your looking for exceptional service and a delicious cookie!

I've been there twice and both times they were out of cookies. Said a customer just came in and bought them all BOTH times. I was outside on my phone for 10 minutes before I went in the 2nd time and didn't see anyone coming or going. How does this happen? YOU HAVE 1 JOB!!
