Feedback:
Female employee who identified herself as store manager, but refused her name today was rude and standoffish! She was very dry and rude to 2 kindergarten kids and to a family of whom was celebrating their moms birthday. So it wasn't surprising when she reacted rudely to me after inquiring on why the wait was an hour for a 9in or 12in cookie cake when their bulletin promised 30 minutes or less. She said that time is only if it's available. I've contacted corporate and was assured this is not correct and offered me free cake at the outlet location! Please beware of this untruthful self acclaim manager, she is lazy and obviously not efficient that she is not prepared up to cafe standards.
