This was not an easy decision for us..We had been with a Franchise for over 30 years. We had come to a point where we realized we had to up our game or get out of the business. Technology is changing hourly, and with a blink of an eye you could be left behind and not realize it until it was to late.. Our main goal was to find the best products and services for our agents, that was affordable, and easy to master for the new agents as well as the season agents. When our contract with our Franchise was coming up we decided to check out other Franchises..We had never done that before, we reviewed almost all of the Franchises out there, and we were very surprised as to what we found out...A lot of the Franchises were the same in many ways. That was a problem for us...What's the point of changing, why go to the expense, if only the name is going to change? We wanted more for us and our agents. It's all in the timing, and one Franchise really stood out...NextHome, with fresh and new ideas, leaps and bounds ahead of the others with their technology, (that both the younger and older agents could grasp), support a phone call away with follow up, leadership that is approachable 24/7, they have never made us feel like we are just a number. From day one we were treated like a partner with everyone having one goal, to be best in our field... There have been some bumps in the road, but you have to realize we were with the same Franchise for 30 years. (old dogs set in our ways.) Change is never easy, but this change was a good decision for us and our agents. For us our agents always come first, with NextHome their Franchisee's always come first. This was a no brainier..Six months in, we are very happy campers!

Going from an individual Broker running a mid-sized property management company to a full service real estate brokerage is not an easy task. It wasn't until I found NextHome that I felt I had a company that would give me the back office tools needed to compete with all the brand names out there. Anyone thinking about a change for the better needs to learn more about NextHome.

Before moving to Prunedale, CA, just north of the beautiful Salinas Valley, we lived in Mountain View, CA, in the proverbial heart of Silicon Valley, home to Google. Yep, I'll admit I submitted multiple employment applications to Google, longing to ride the multi-colored bikes, bring my dog to work, drink the Google punch. All to no avail. Let's face it, I'm not the right generation, Google was not hiring 40-somethings. Their loss! was my mantra.Fast forward ten years. Along comes NextHome with it's lots-of-white-space playful branding and I'm stopped in my tracks. Take that, Google! Here's my chance to get as close to working for Google as I ever may and, working as a Realtor (often) out of my home office, I can take my dog to work! NextHome's founders are concerned with practicalities involving finding creative solutions such as Mobile Connect and National Listing Distribution ... I'm obsessed with our French Bulldog mascot called Luke. OK now you know, I'm a dog person big time.My first listing, a triple-wide manufactured home in Moss Landing, CA has motivated me to implement all of NextHome's integrated mobile and far-reaching internet solutions. The result? I've gotten calls from as far as Santa Rosa, CA and San Diego, CA to the north and south, Placerville, CA to the East. And not all the calls originated online ... the Smart Sign™ rider on the yard signpost is generating leads as well.If I'm reading our MLS stats correctly, my listing has only been viewed six times in the month of July, only SIX! If I didn't have NextHome pushing my listing to hundreds of websites, the home would languish on the market and, most importantly, my Seller would be disappointed and unimpressed with my performance. My listing had been with another agent prior so I've been even eager to provide a better experience for my Seller.After only three weeks on the market, I wrote not one but two offers last night. I know it's not done 'til it's done but I have no reason to foresee anything but a positive outcome. There's no price I can put on the thrill I could hear in my Seller's voice when I asked to schedule a presentation of offers PLURAL. I've drunk the NextHome punch.

I wish I could give NextHome 10 stars. Thats how I truly feel about this company.After working for a national franchise for over 15 years in the middle of the pacific ocean I always felt like a step child. Never got the attention we deserved, Had to beg for training, the products and services were old and out dated. With NextHome they have reached out to us more than I can count, Every week we are getting training, our products and services are growing and they are current and can all be used in Hawaii!If you are a small office or large office ,NextHome is a game changer! The support you will get will blow your mind! There is a reason why NextHome is being closing looked at by other franchises. When you are doing something right, something outside the box it will create a stir. Im blessed that we were one of the first offices to open with NextHome and proud of the other's that have committed and joined this family!
