This was not an easy decision for us..We had been with a Franchise for over 30 years. We had come to a point where we realized we had to up our game or get out of the business. Technology is changing hourly, and with a blink of an eye you could be left behind and not realize it until it was to late.. Our main goal was to find the best products and services for our agents, that was affordable, and easy to master for the new agents as well as the season agents. When our contract with our Franchise was coming up we decided to check out other Franchises..We had never done that before, we reviewed almost all of the Franchises out there, and we were very surprised as to what we found out...A lot of the Franchises were the same in many ways. That was a problem for us...What's the point of changing, why go to the expense, if only the name is going to change? We wanted more for us and our agents. It's all in the timing, and one Franchise really stood out...NextHome, with fresh and new ideas, leaps and bounds ahead of the others with their technology, (that both the younger and older agents could grasp), support a phone call away with follow up, leadership that is approachable 24/7, they have never made us feel like we are just a number. From day one we were treated like a partner with everyone having one goal, to be best in our field... There have been some bumps in the road, but you have to realize we were with the same Franchise for 30 years. (old dogs set in our ways.) Change is never easy, but this change was a good decision for us and our agents. For us our agents always come first, with NextHome their Franchisee's always come first. This was a no brainier..Six months in, we are very happy campers!
