Feedback:

Recently Matt came out and did a in-home design consultation with my Fiance to remodel our old master bath. It was built in the 70's and is in major need of an overhaul. Matt and the team at OWB have been great to work with and we are looking to move forward with the remodel around the end of the year. I loved that they walk you through every step and every option to help you design your bathroom. And of course having a finalized guaranteed price provides big time peace of mind. If you are looking to have a nice bathroom or kitchen built I would definitely call Matt and his team!

Feedback:

Infuriating. I called the company four times to inquire about remodeling a master bathroom. No one was able to return any of my calls and move the process forward. I spoke with four different-- very nice-- receptionists, who collected a lot of data but were unable to put me in touch with anyone even remotely connected to the actual work. It's telling when a construction company is essentially unreachable at the beginning of the process when they stand to get new business. Telling and fortunate, actually. It's preferable to find out a potential vendor is dysfunctional before embarking in a relationship with them.

Love this place!!!

I don't normally write poor reviews, but this is an exception, as I don't want others to go through what for me has been one of the worst experiences of my life.Approximately 3 years ago, my husband and I hired One Week Bath to not only remodel 2 baths and a kitchen, but do some interior work as well, on my 1,395 square foot childhood home. Three years later, the job is still not done correctly.Although there have been multiple problems, I'm going to concentrate on the worst one - the interior paint job. After paying the One Week Bath tens of thousands of dollars, a subcontractor painter was hired to paint parts of the interior of the house. He could not only not get the job done correctly the first time, but was sent back approximately 5 more times to try, each time just trying to cover up the last mistake. After all of the attempts, much of the paint peels off with a fingernail, the paint on the cabinetry is still tacky, so I can't put anything on many shelves, and the house still smells of paint. There are also long lines on the cabinets that look like scratches, but I'm told they are shrinkage lines, due to painting them incorrectly. The owner finally came out to review the situation and basically agreed that it was done incorrectly. He said for a small window of time that the company was doing this kind of work. He indicated they no longer do this work, as it was too much for them to handle. So basically, we were one the their practice clients. One of the first things the owner asked me was what we wanted him to do - apparently he had very little knowledge of a very serious problem in his own company, that had been going on for years. Several weeks later he agreed to send out a new painter to see about repairing this mess; finally we thought this nightmare would soon be over. We were asked how we felt about the new painter, and we told the owner we would be thrilled to have him do the job, as he really seemed competent. After more emails with the owner back and forth, ultimately, he would not send out the new painter to do the work, as he felt he was too expensive. I explained to him that I felt the definition of expensive was paying his company a great deal of money, only to be left with a real mess in our home. To wrap things up, his first solution was to send the original painter back. I told him there was no way this man was going to try a seventh time. His second solution was for his own people to redo the painting work (remember, he said they stopped doing this type of work because it was too hard). His last solution was to send other painting contractors out to give him a bid - hoping to get someone else cheap again I assume, that would probably make things worse. All we asked from the owner after 3 years is that he complete the job he was paid to do, by someone who knows what they are doing. We don't feel that is asking too much, but his last response to us was basically that was not an option. Unfortunately now, we will need to engage an attorney or arbitrator.

I recommend one week bath without reservation! From start to finish this experience has exceeded my expectations! The process makes remodeling your bathroom a pleasure and they have a system which make the whole thing seamless. Jenn made the design consultation, which took place in my dining room, enjoyable as she patiently helped me pick out and customize my new bathroom. I can't say enough about the courtesy and professionalism of Robert and his crew as they transformed my bathroom before my eyes. It really only took a week, once construction began, a they own every step of the process. Thanks again for this amazing experience!Andy

Feedback:

One Week Bath made my bathroom remodel so quick and easy. All their workman are employees, not subs. That means complete accountability-absolutely vital with remodeling projects. BrIan, Javier and his team were amazing. They arrived on time every morning, worked 12 hours and cleaned up at the end of the day. Krystal, Kristen and Dana were just a phone call away with creative, product and scheduling support. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new bathroom. Kudos to the entire One Week Bath crew.

We had our bathroom remodel done by One Week Bath in 2012 they listened to our ideas and created a Showplace! Every guest that comes out of our bathroom is so excited with the design and the details! And not only do they do exceptional work they stand behind their work with a LIFETIME guarantee! Anytime we call Brian he sends someone out the same week! Last month our toilet was flushing strange and since we had our plumber out to change filters in our kitchen we ask him to take a look at the toilet , our plumber said we have to replace the toilet for $800.00 ! I called Brian at One week BathAnd the very next day he had two of his men out to our home and they fixed it in no time! And he told me that if they couldn't fix they would replace it no charge! One week Bath has the Best Life Time Guarantee in the Business And Really do honor the Guarantee!!!Wish there were more Stars to bestow!!!

Feedback:

My sister hired OWB to do a work on her condo - practically gutting the place for remodelling. When I visited, it looked absolutely gorgeous. I house sat for a bit of the construction and was very impressed with Brian, Elvin, and Armando. All of them were incredibly flexible, responsive, and highly skilled. I live in Chicago and wish I had a crew this talented out here for my reno work.

Feedback:

I’m not the best photographer so before and after photos wouldn’t do justice to the work that Brian, Armando, Elvin and their crew did on my home! On top of their beautiful craftsmanship, Brian, Armando and Elvin have been so great to work with. They’re: 1) responsive 2) professional 3) personable 4) have great attitudes 5) most important, I trusted them in my home even when I wasn’t there. That type of service is hard to find. They redid all of the bathrooms and the kitchen in my condo - massive work. Home improvement is always stressful but they made it manageable. It was a rewarding process. Because of the work they did, I’ve recommended One Week Bath, and these guys specifically, to any friends and family that have needed work done in their homes! This is an emphatic recommendation!

Feedback:

I can't recommend these folks highly enough. Everything, and I mean everything, went exactly as planned. Two bathrooms in less than 10 days. NO trips to Home Depot or anywhere else. The guys who did the work were professional, friendly, and highly attentive to detail. LOVE OUR BATHROOMS.
