From beginning to end, I very much enjoyed having Mike and Outdoor Kitchen Concepts create our outdoor kitchen. Mike listened very carefully to the concept and produced excellent design renderings that helped us narrow and tweak until we had a design we loved. Mike always responded to texts and e-mails in a timely manner, and he always showed up when he said he would. He and his crew kept the job site clean, and even power washed the patio and shined up my smoker so it would look awesome when finished. I would highly recommend Mike and his company to anyone wanting this type of product in their yard.

Outdoor Kitchen Concepts did a fantastic job at building me a firepit for my home. I gave them a layout of what I wanted and they were able to do it better then what I wanted. Amazing work!

Terrible service with no focus on the customer. Couldn't get them to return my call for 2 weeks, and when they finally did, they were unable to come for an estimate for another 3 weeks. Okay, so I waited and when the time came to meet for an estimate, they didn't show up, didn't call, didn't do anything until we contacted them asking if they were still coming (30 min late for a time they set); we were given some excuse and told they would reschedule for today. Well, here we are and guess what? They decide to reach out a couple hours before the appointment to say they won't be able to make it.If this is how they treat someone before they've paid, imagine how terrible their service is once you have. Don't waste your time with these guys; would highly recommend finding someone else.

Wow, does it get much better than this?! I don't think so!Mike is a true professional that understands his business well. It seems like this is a dying art these days! Outdoor Kitchen Concepts helped us out with a fire pit project and was timely, communicative, complete, and affordable. I'm telling you now, if you need a BBQ, fire pit, or fireplace in the Salt Lake City area, call Mike! You won't be disappointed. -Extremely Satisfied

He brought several great ideas, concepts, and recommendations to help capture all of our wishes for our outdoor kitchen. They worked on very tight deadlines but delivered on everything they promised and worked with excellent craftsmanship.
