Terrible service with no focus on the customer. Couldn't get them to return my call for 2 weeks, and when they finally did, they were unable to come for an estimate for another 3 weeks. Okay, so I waited and when the time came to meet for an estimate, they didn't show up, didn't call, didn't do anything until we contacted them asking if they were still coming (30 min late for a time they set); we were given some excuse and told they would reschedule for today. Well, here we are and guess what? They decide to reach out a couple hours before the appointment to say they won't be able to make it.If this is how they treat someone before they've paid, imagine how terrible their service is once you have. Don't waste your time with these guys; would highly recommend finding someone else.
