Truly awful... almost speechless, by far the worst experience of my life dealing with the most horrendous company i've ever had the misfortune to deal with.. their email footer states 'Passion, Accountability, Customer First and Excellence'.. seriously they should be reported to trade descriptions for that alone as it couldn't be further from the truth!! I would avoid dealing with this company if you value your time and sanity, an absolute disgrace and after over 4 months since initial order placed I have cancelled without a solution, a reason for constantly cancelled engineer visits, an explanation, an apology or even a response... and we're only a couple of miles away!!... great support for a local business.. NOT!!!! Avoid at all cost.. disgraceful company.

We have been customers of Pace Telecom for over 15 years and have always found the service to be excellent. Pace have seamlessly transitioned our phone system to the cloud which has provided us with a better system and has saved us money.

The best supplier I have ever had, in 3 decades. No this isn't a fake review. However I am appalled by the reviews I have seen on here. They have been my telco supplier since January 2012- first for landlines, then internet, not for mobile. Personal service, amazing prices, honest sales, no being put through numerous departments to get to someone who can help. Everyone from my sales advisor (Stu) through to the engineers who turn up on time, through to the aftersales support, and their accounts department, and their support team (a single email sent from Thailand had my offices phones diverted to anointed number in under half an hour) are beyond comparison. Believe me I am your worst nightmare as a client- I change supplier for everything every year- but in 7 years I have not been able to find a reason to move my work telecoms from Pace. If you don't believe me, text/call me- find me on our company website (PNO Consultants, James Craven, Director)....

Pace is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. After paying over £6000 for a system that does not function in the way promised. A promise of cheaper billing due to a Cloud based system has resulted in an increase of over £200 per month.The after sales is shocking. We e-mailed the MD who did not have the decency to reply !!

After having dealt with them as the Sys Admin of my company for the past year, I can honestly say these are the best telecoms provider in the UK that I have experienced. Stacked against the likes of BT, Virgin and other smaller independents, Pace come out on top in all areas.Firstly pricing, because let's face it, in this industry money talks.Their sales team and account managers will spend time and go through your needs thoroughly, analysing bills that can often be confusing to most. (Try pulling apart a BT OneBill and even with the use of BT Billing Analyst you'll find it almost impossible to fully explain all the charges!)They will take time to look at areas where money is being wasted and suggest where this can be saved. Whereas most companies will try to upsell, Pace are more focussed on providing a system that is tailor made to fit the needs of the customer.Our accounts manager, Sonny Yates, has always been on the end of the phone for providing advice and pricing on any future ventures we have looked at. Unlike many service providers who, when they have taken a contract you don't see them again, Sonny maintains a close relationship with the customer and will even take the time to organise face to face meetings with them.Secondly technical support, because it's going to go wrong at SOME stage... that's just the nature of DataComms.The technical team are fantastic. All issues that i've handed to them have been dealt with in a swift manner, as they understand the impact their service can have on a large business should their links fail.Their technical rep, Andy Fullman, has been a lifeline for me on many occasions where things haven't quite configured right or we needed to make immediate config changes with a little nudge in the right direction for where to find them. His technical knowledge, especially in the Avaya arena has helped our company move forward and become more productive.I would recommend Pace to any company that is looking to save money or source a telecom solution.
