This is unfortunately the last time I try to order from this location on game day. The staff does indeed seem overwhelmed, and it doesn’t appear to be their fault. I waited at least 5 minutes on the phone twice which, granted is not long, but can feel like an eternity when you want to get an order in on game day. On one occasion I called 3 times to ensure an order was ready and correct as I had no room for error to bring food to a football party. When I got there, the order was wrong. On a second occasion, they said 20 to 25 minutes, and I waited more than 40 minutes. This staff seems competent and hardworking enough but my gut feeling is that corporate is not training and managing them well enough. With these experiences, I simply cannot rely on this location for prompt, accurate service.

Papa Gino's are getting a bit hard to find(sad face) Get Italian sub, but the hostess wanted us to have it her way(sad face) but it still was a great sandwich!!!

They put 1000 people out of house and home without notice And it shows in their horrid staffing, the managers all look overwhelmed and the staff looks exhausted and miserable.Great job

Suck for it to be where the corporate at horrible take order wrong I get food and doesn't have what I order!!
