Feedback:

The store on Richmond avenue in Staten Island NY is the worst! I’ve called repeatedly for hours to address an incorrect order confirmation for my twins birthday and they do not answer the phone! Am I supposed to drag my toddlers to the store to speak to a live person? Horrible, never again!

Horrible customer service. I waste 20 minutes of my 45 min lunch hour waiting for a manager to appear who can’t be bothered and then they send 5’ tall girl with a short ladder to get my item off the shelf because they are not smart enough to have even 1 on the floor. She doesn’t know how to use an extension ladder and asks me to hold it for her. Needless to say, they lost that items sale and all my other items too. This is the Waldorf, MD store. Oh. But 4 of them stand behind the counter pretending to blow up balloons. Stupid

Had a problem with one of the employees at my local store. Contacted corporate and they listened and opened an investigation. Can't ask for more than that response. Well stocked stores.

Too bad there isn't a zero rating because that's what they deserve. Ordered balloons weeks in advance for 11am on a Sunday and they weren't even done by noon which delayed party at restaurants. To boot they don't even care!

STAY AWAY from this company!!! The just put kids in a commercial with background music of a rap song about getting d**k sucked. Shameful!

I have 3 children, and buy thousands of dollars in supplies between birthday, holiday and class parties at Party City every year. Not anymore. Thank whomever wrote the "Your Big Game" ad that mocked those of us on the gluten free diet. My family of Celiacs are going to order off of Amazon from now on!

Underwhelming to say the least

I came to this party city ( store 821)very far away from home when I got home I realized that some of my items were not in my bag. I called the store and a female supervisor answered the phone around 8:50 pm I explained what happened that I did not receive my items and she said it was at the register (7) “ it was a simple mistake” No this was not a “ simple mistake” I have an important even happening at my job tomorrow hence the reason I came to this party city because I know the store would have exactly what I needed only to realize that the cashier did not place the items in the bag. The cashier at register was a very nice and professional young man however he still failed to place all my items in my bag. The fact that the supervisor never offered an apology and simply stated “ it was a simple mistake” shows me how customer service means absolutely nothing to her. She then proceeded to hang up the phone. After I told her it was not a simple mistake and I would like to speak to a manger preferably to discuss what happened she hung up the phone. At no time did i raise my voice at her or acted out of character. I called back again and a gentleman answered the phone, I can hear the female supervisor going off in the background about the reason why I was calling. I told the young man I did not want to speak to the supervisor but I would like to speak to a manger, I was then placed on hold for 10 mins. I hung up the phone and called again. This time someone picked up the phone and slammed it down, hanging up the phone. I called back again and got no answer. This all happened within a span of 5 minsI’ve been shopping at party city for the past 23 years and never ever have I received such bad customer service and unprofessionalism. I hope this supervisor is retrained on how to treat customers because her attitude and demeanor is disgusting.I will be returning all the items purchased and will never shop at party city again. I am sure there are other stores out there with similar products. I’ll go somewhere else where people know how to treat people with courtesy, dignity and respect

Fiance is pretty sure Corporate is Racist and I personally think they should have kept independent franchises. I keep applying & they stick with on "Un Rehireable" & I have no way to dispute or plead my case! I LOVED the work/store & only missed a couple days due to SEVERE Domestic abuse and emergencies in Oklahoma, USA. My attendance and work was perfect beyond that out of my control and I make Would gladly have made up hours. Wanted to go far with the company, I had fun working and am no thief. Customer and Employee Service Poor. Shouldn't treat a good worker like so. Hope they re evaluate
