My company arranged for a consultation prior to business trip. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and they were ready at the appointed time. After discussing the details of my destination we created a customized list of vaccinations to protect me. Shots were administered in quick succession and quite painlessly and recorded on my shot card. I will return for my booster shots at the appointed dates and feel confident that I am safe from many unseen dangers as I travel!My second visit was equally pleasant. An additional vaccine along with a booster shot was administered and I am ready for the world!

Turn around and go back home!!! Please don't be miss informed just like me. Just for coming into the office is $75 per person even if its a family. Baby is also charged same amount as adult ($75). I came here with my family to get immunization but we were charged $1000 plus when i declined to the shots. I was charged $230 just for office visit. Kindly find attached picture. Purely modern day Theft.

Don't take me wrong with a review. Let me explain. I had a medical exam on February 2018 at Baltimore location. My nurse was Ginger- God bless her heart she was an angel! Also all staff was just wonderful- thank u! But unfortunately my paperwork was lost and I had to come back to them few days ago. I paid for reprint of my exam and also for UPS delivery . I still got nothing. I called them again and talked with 3!! different representative but none of them could confirm whether my paperwork been sent! Obviously huge lack of communication within company if u can't confirm delivery.....i still awaiting ..

I have held off a long time before writing this review because I wanted to give Passport Health as many chances as possible to rectify the situation before it affected their ratings. I can wait no longer. I had an appointment with them in July 21, 2017 at the Baltimore office. The nurse we had was extremely helpful, she was professional, and kind as well. I have nothing but positive reviews of my actual experience and the service provided to me as far at the travel medicine went. Unfortunately, Passport health did not submit the claim to my insurance. The Baltimore office is one of the few offices that offers to do this free, I believe other offices charge for it or provide you with the invoice to do it yourself. However, they told me they would submit the claim, so they are responsible. I have called now over the course of a few months about 4 times. Each person I have spoken to has been quite professional, and has sent emails to the people responsible for billing, but my claim is still not submitted. Again, the appointment was July, and it is now the middle of November. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am incredibly unlikely to use their services again, which is a shame because my experience with the appointment itself was good.

Passport Health will require you to pay $75 for a consult fee and an additional $245 for the yellow fever vaccine. You can get the same vaccine for $170 elsewhere (in other cities) without paying for a rip-off consult. When I asked the scheduler over the phone about their pricing, she immediately hung up on me. Seems to me this place knows it's the only yellow fever vaccine supplier in Baltimore...

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were able to answer all our questions and had prepared a booklet for us to take home that was personalized for us and our trip. Would definitely use them again for future travel if needed.

Best travel clinic ever!!! No wait time, staff extremely friendly and highly knowledgable. Nurse Tracie Sutton was phenomenal!!! The whole process was easy, painless and educational. Well worth the money!! Will recommend without hesitation to family, friends, colleagues and anyone else seeking travel advice.

Literally the worst customer service and most unprofessional treatment I've ever received at a professional facility. Appointment times are not relevant though keep you waiting as long as they want after 45 minutes after my appointment time finally left. When I called central office they were dismissive at best. If that's how rude they are before the appointment I can't imagine what they're like when they have a needle in hand. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere, we did!
