Staff is very unhelpful. When the finance company is closed. They have no regard to you having a vehicle. I had no vehicle all weekend, because the finance company messed up. Not my fault. They pretty much said. Oh well. Better luck next time. When asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told they were busy on other calls and if I gave them my number I would receive a call back. 6 hours later and no call back. I called again and asked to please talk to a supervisor. I was told again they were too busy. And to take my number down to receive a call. I asked if I could wait on hold because the issue needed to be resolved. I was told that they would have to terminate my call if I didn’t comply with giving my number to receive a call back. 3 hours later and still no call back. This is horrible. Why would you treat a customer like this? Why should I be punished?! I recommend anybody buying a car that requires a pass time device to stay far away from this company and try something else. These people could care less

I used Goldstar GPS before switching to PassTime and the difference in quality of unit and customer service is night and day. With my Goldstar units I started to notice that a few months after they went on the road some were failing. When I would get the car back in the lights would be working fine but still wouldn’t track.. trying to talk to someone in customer service was a nightmare! I have never had any issues with my PassTime devices and when I have a question I always get a quick response! Best units out there

I am so excited about the PassTime InTouch Program for dealers! They are the only GPS Provider which has all types of GPS units! I am especially excited about InTouch... best in the industry! All departments benefit from the Technology, but most importantly all departments PROFIT !!! And can't wait for Encore!
