While the technicians were nice enough, I think this service was extremely expensive. They did not have to drill any holes in the concrete patio as it had previously been done. My house is fairly small. They were here about 10 minutes and it cost $630. Their response to my complaint was very prompt. They did come out and retreat some areas and offered a partial refund.
