Pestnow did an inspection of my house as a part of the sales process. They knew they had me over a barrel and charged me $600 for termite mitigation, because of "termite dust" found in the far corner of the garage. It was a one inch spot of dirt, probably from my mower that I kept in that spot. Of course, I had to accept the mitigation as it was necessary in order to sell my house. Scam artist alert! Will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone!------*Appreciate the patronizing lecture of selling a home; however; I called the technician back to my home to show me evidence. He showed me the dirt spot in my garage. Got a photo of it. Not sour grapes, just the truth.
