Good Morning We(CHM Lending) needed a last minute pest inspection on a late Thursday afternoon. I reached out to Greg, Lisa and Mark via Facebook. They all responded promptly. Mark offered to complete it Thursday evening if the property was vacant. It was vacant, so he was able to access it quickly. Friday morning the report was in our email and we were able to get it to the lender. We value our relationships with P2P! Thank you for helping us provide great customer service to our clients. The last minute inspection was out of our control. It could have caused delays for our client. However, Mark went above and beyond to help us!! Great work!!Thank you from CHM Lending Team!!
