This company was such a scam it has caused considerable hardship for me. I was purchasing my first home and this company was recommended by my real estate agent (should have seen a red flag there I know). They did an absolutely horrible job. They were significantly more expensive than other companies too. I was there for the inspection and the guy basically went around telling me how great everything was. Then come to find out, in his report he wrote totally different things than he told me. I was told the A/C worked fine, when in fact it had a giant hole in the unit and never worked at all. There was an enormous ($10-20k) plumbing issue that was pouring raw sewage into my garage. It took me and a group of very loyal friends 2 weeks to dig up my entire front yard by hand and fix the pipe. We literally could have died as we were blindly swinging pickaxes and it ended up being right next to the gas line. My roof is totally useless, there has been water pouring into the house since the day I moved in. It rains inside, my bathroom ceiling has since blown out. We are musicians and store our valuable instruments in the basement, there is also water coming in through the walls. Many things went unfinished before the sale was finalized, the stone walkway, the fan in my bathroom, etc. The fireplace ash chute was blocked with a sheet of metal and painted over. The doors for the catch chutes were painted shut and had a bunch of stuff crammed in there when I finally got it open. Basically everything that they should have found, they just lied about. When I called them after moving in because the plumbing issue was so completely unlivable, they didn't care at all. They said it wasn't there job to tell me what is wrong with the house...? Then why do I have signed documents from your company saying things work that you know never worked? This is a life-ruining scam for me. I will be fighting for years and years to try to fix the enormously major issues in the home that they "inspected" and told me was in such great shape. NONE of these were minor issues that they missed; I'm talking full roof replacement, gutters, siding, sewer, and A/C and that's just a start. DO NOT trust anything this company tells you. What a horrible horrible bunch of scam artists.
