Pizza hut has always been my favorite pizza ever since i was a young child. I would argue with anyone about them being the best however after last nights encounter with this company I will never waste another dollar of mines with this company. No one deserves such DISRESPECT! I called and placed an order at 9:12 pm and sat in my parking outside the store location for thirty minutes. I received my total over the phone which was $22.00. After I went in the location to pick up my order after waiting outside i was told that my order was never taken. My friend who I was with also walked in the store location as i ordered on the phone and told me that the store manager who took my order slammed the phone down after hanging up with me as if she did not want to do her job. After this store manager told me she did not take my order and that it was somewhere in the cloud of customer service, I then again called the same phone number to ensure i was not delusional and had called the same location thirty minutes before to order. AGAIN she answers the phone. At this point i leave pizza hut because I was not offered a resolution for the location dropping the ball and inconveniencing my time. After a few minutes I return to the location to place a new order and also follow up with the manager since she claimed that she could call the customer service center to find my order that she had taken. Meanwhile she is counting dollars over and over again since she is not in control of this situation and need to looks like shes doing something in er job description, I assume so that she can close her shift and head home so she is extremely disrespectful as she speaks with me. When I ask her to place my new order she tells me " well I'm not calling the customer service number now to locate your previous order" after standing in this location for another 15 mins I ask if my new order has been placed and she does not say a word i proceed to ask the next male employee behind her who also was passed the phone when I called earlier trying to find the mysterious cust. service location to locate my order. At this point the male employee is making faces of disgust and never not once opens his mouth to offer any assistance as i ask him if he can look on the screen he is standing in front of which clearly shows orders coming in and being filled. HE never answers me and just instead starts to say disrespectful things. When i ask him if he was the male on the phone who answered the phone ans passed it to MICHELLE -location manager he starts to say things like you are too loud and dismisses my every question. He becomes very vulgar and physically threatening when I say he handled the situation like a punk as a man speaking to a women in a situation like this. Pizza hut has never crossed my mind to be such a disgusting company to do business with. Your employees dropped the ball, then became blatantly disrespectful as opposed to offering any solution. I have never in life been disrespected by someone who possesses the education of a middle school child and green hair. I also have videos, because the amount of disrespect had to be seen to be believed.

Went to the Pizza Hut in Swainsboro, GA and ate lunch from the buffet. Had picked up the wrong debit card and when I went to pay realized it, went to my purse and got the right card. They charged the first card $3.00 when it only had .18 on it. (which caused an overdraft on my account of $32) then charged my correct card the full amount, waited several days and then charged my card the amount I intended for the tip. Causing problems with that account. When I realized the issue, I called and asked to speak to the manager and she took the information but has done NOTHING about replacing the funds that a $7 lunch cost me (about $40 total!!) I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. Pizza hut used to be my most favorite pizza place to eat but not anymore! Customer service sux and management has no clue how to manage!! Id give less stars if possible but I had to click on at least one of them.

Order a couple if pizzas at one of your franchise locations. I pay with a credit card for pick up. Drive to the location and they tell me they they can't make my pizza because they ran out of pizza sauce!!!! Really Pizza hut you ran out of pizza sauce and you took my money so I got nothing for it????

I arrived at Pizza Hut nothing but music blaring from the back customer sitting in the foyer I said hello can you get somebody to change after staying there for several minutes I had to yell years I want to tension and then they came to the front counter like I was just sharing their jam session then they sent a gal to the counter to help Me with my order which she was very rude and short all in all it’s just a terrible experienceLocated at 1243 Auburn Way, Auburn, WA 98002 my favorite name was payton

Ordered pizza online for delivery from the Jonesborough Tn store. Paid with a card. Received a voicemail saying my order had been changed to carry out due to no drivers being available for delivery. I called the store for them to tell me the GM couldn’t find any drivers. So I canceled my order. Then they tell me that my money will take 24 hrs to be refunded.....wrong. Services wasn’t rendered, therefore my money should be refunded immediately.. I still haven’t received anything from the corporate office. Probably never will. Don’t order from Pizza Hut.

Do not eat the pizza hut pizza in desire is they continusly get your order wrong. And it's burnt half the time. Never again will we eat there. Sad just sad. From now on it's Domino's

Absolutely the most terrible on attentive company I have ever come across. They don’t answer phones and do not care about the consumer. Who by the way keeps them in business. Pizza Hut is a joke.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I tried placing a carry out order online and when I went to select place order it would not allow me to unless I put in my debit card information. I never had this issue before until now. I did put in my debit card info and then I selected place order. After I placed the order it said something was wrong with the payment. I then checked my bank statement and saw they had charged me for my order. I called to confirm that my order was placed and their manager Heather was very unprofessional and unwilling to help me. She knew I was upset but still failed to satisfy me as a customer. When I called back to get her name I explained why I would be contacting corporate. She then got loud with me and started talking over me over the phone and told me if I called back again she would call the cops. I was not trying to cause any trouble I was mainly upset at the fact that I paid for food that I was not going to receive and that the way she handled it was very unprofessional. If she’s a manager the least she could have done was ask me to show her the charge when I came in and actually gave me a pizza since my statement showed I had paid for it. Maybe she knew that since she couldn’t find my order in the system the charge would go back on my card immediately and if that was the case she should have just told me that and told me to wait a few minutes and try placing my order again. She could have been so much nicer about the situation but she was very rude and nasty. She does not deserve to be a manager and even though there were good reviews there were quite a few bad ones in the last few months about the customer service. This company should hold their employees accountable for their behavior. I will never order pizza from hillsborough again.

The location on Sullivan Rd. in Greenwell Springs, Louisiana needs a reboot. I try to give this location a chance but it just can't rise to the basic expectations of a delivery pizza establishment. The wait time they give is not terrible (39 minutes), it's the call 20 minutes into the 39 minute wait that's a bummer. "We don't have any drivers. Do you want to pick it up or cancel your order?" You are a PIZZA DELIVERY COMPANY. . .WHY DON'T YOU EVER HAVE DRIVERS?! This has happened 3 times this year. I just give up. Dominos may have a longer wait time but at least they have drivers. 😒
