Platinum star chain restaurant. You have the best pizza in the market and perhaps the Midwest. I'd like to see Hastings, Grand Island and ESPECIALLY York, NE with their I-80 Corridor that has MASS amounts of traffic, with Pizza ranch places put up. I have to say that the first time I tried pizza ranch, it was great. the Sauce is really easy on the stomach compared to any pizza I've ever had. NO issues with heartburn after eating it. The buffalo chicken pizza, should NEVER be thin cut crust. Flavor wise. It's really well done. I have NO complaints. NONE. Some fixes needed to be done: The menu pricing needs some revisions. Single trip to the buffet plate, so you don't have to spend 12 bucks a head, maybe add a 3-slice price too. Good marketing here. (use different colors of plates BTW, that way you can use a system that keeps track of the lesser honest people. To indicate this, you could use Red, yellow, or green plates. These can be handed to the customer, so they can pay like $3-4 for 3 slices of pizza. Quality, You have Pizza-hut beat by MILES, and I can't say that I can find a good pizza joint within 600 miles of here in any direction.
