Terrible company - every excuse in the book for delays (tech showed up late, closed early, etc). When I finally receive the product, sloppy work - missing caulking, gaps in the seal, new rubber gaskets falling out and not properly inserted. Have all photos. Take no ownership of their service issues or work. Go elsewhere.

Had middling expectations for windshield replacement on my 18 y/o car. Portland Glass found not just a compatible windshield, but a perfect fit. Service was friendly, work was expedient, and they left my hood and dashboard cleaner than when I dropped it off. Overall very satisfied with my experience.

Windshield replacement....what a joke! They left my car a mess...wires hanging from my car, glass all over my interior....i knew i should of gone with safelite!

I had the windshield replaced in my 2017 f-150 In February. A couple weeks ago, I could hear water rushing around the inside of my cab. Not knowing that the two were related, I took my car to the dealer to have it investigated. The dealer told me that the water was due to a leak in the windshield. Because they already had the truck torn apart and because there was sitting water on my floorboards I had them fix the issue. I had no interest in driving the truck around all weekend like that. Portland Glass fixed the windshield but refused to reimburse me for the damage repairs ($370). The woman on the phone (Julie) was slightly condescending and questioned my decision making. She insisted that I should have came to them first. Im not sure how this would have played out if If I was unable to get to a Portland glass office but that is besides the point. She said that she would "investigate" and talk to a technician and call me back. Well I never got a call back and was forced to have my insurance fight it. Luckily there is a Safelite around the corner from my office. I certainly will not be using them for the glass in our shower as well.

Got a quote for a windshield replacement over the phone and it seemed reasonable. Specifically asked if it includes labor and other fees and they said yes. When my wife picked it up they charged us $100 more than what they quoted us. I don't think we'll ever go back. We had used Safelite in the past but figured we would try something different to see it it was any better and it definitely was worse!
