If I could give 0 stars, I would. Asked for quotes on Yelp, owner emailed almost immediately and I was hopeful for a great experience. I called but they were closed, however the owner actually texted me back asking if I’d like to make an appointment - great start! He set the time for 11:30am. Place is not in an ideal location. It’s actually in the parking garage under the Nordstrom on level 1. Tried contacting them to get better directions and was sent to voicemail. Texted the owner but no response. When I finally found the place, it was trashed. Meaning, actual TRASH everywhere. See attached photos - they speak for themselves. Waited around for 10 minutes after contacting them before the owner answered my text wanting to change the appointment to 12:30pm. What the hell??? HE was the one who requested 11:30am and the website says they’re open at 10am. Why is no one there?! I agreed to the time change (albeit with an irritated response understandably - see attached photos) and came back at 12:30pm expecting someone there. Texted the owner to inform him that if there was no one there in 10 minutes they’d lose my business. I was willing to spend $375 today for a good detailing and cleaning of my car. But the lack of communication and professionalism was a complete utter waste of time. So don’t waste yours by coming here either.
