Had them run a diagnostic and the did a great job letting me know the steps they took and what they looked at. Unfortunately it looks like I need a new motherboard, but I trust their assessment and they discussed possibly solutions with me, such as contacting the manufacturer for RMA replacement. I trust their diagnostic and I'd return for any future computer needs.

I had my dad bring in my laptop that had just stopped working! I thought it was going to be way too much money to fix. But these guys fixed my laptop in under an hour for such a good price! If I have anymore problems, I know where I'm going!

RK is a small shop that has its place. Random parts and a niche customer base. Too bad there was nothing for me. The prices were average and maybe a bit high for the used parts. It's definitely not a showroom but a backroom with some racks. The workers were nice enough and knowledgeable. If you are a novice or looking for a standard part, check them out. If you want bargains or cutting edge, I would look elsewhere.
