Had them run a diagnostic and the did a great job letting me know the steps they took and what they looked at. Unfortunately it looks like I need a new motherboard, but I trust their assessment and they discussed possibly solutions with me, such as contacting the manufacturer for RMA replacement. I trust their diagnostic and I'd return for any future computer needs.
