Feedback:

This is the second after-hour emergency and I'm not impressed with RPM. I was chided for writing negative reviews by someone in their office, but this review is warranted, just as the others were. Earlier this morning I couldn't shower because my water was shut down. No toilet, no faucet, nothing worked. I was stuck home waiting for them to fix it. I got an email update that they expected the pipe to be fixed by 5pm. Shortly before 5pm, nobody was answering their phones and I'm still without water. They're on Facebook, so how hard is it to provide updates to tenants via FB??? Or even via a message on the phone? Per the health department, no water means that the apartments are uninhabitable. I'm hopeful that they're still working on it, I don't know if they are. But it's really poor management to deprive an entire complex of water, for a day, and not say a word about it to anyone.

We had a property rented through this company. When the tenant started causing problems he was not given notice in a timely manner and HOA fines continued to accrue. Then the deposit was returned to the tenant with no regard for our expenses. When we pointed out errors in their final accounting we were informed we didn't know anything about accounting. Their final accounting had three management fees assessed which we were told was a misunderstanding of accounting on our part. I would not recommend this company.RPM Wasatch took over from RPM which was the company with which we originally contracted. After RPM Wasatch took over the account things went downhill.

McKenzie is horrible. Calls to tell me i didn't pay rent and putting my roommate in jeopardy. She didn't see a payment in September because I paid 10 days earlier. My roommate was the one that didn't pay. McKenzie telling me she had credit from last month when my roommate finally paid back 2 months Worth of late rent. which was only 37 Dollar credit out of the1200 she paid

We moved in the middle of September, Makenzie has been helping us and she has been more than sweet and helpful through everything and the approval process was fast. When we moved in the cleaning was not up to par due to a second party company that was hired to clean but they made sure to make sure we were happy about everything and get it handled. They also were sure to get landscapers out to the property to have everything up kept, (I LOVE OUR YARD) and have been great about getting the little maintenance things done that we’ve needed! I’m happy that we chose this company to rent from. Thank you to everyone in the office and specially Makenzie - The Rich’s

As a tenant, RPM Wasatch has always been very helpful and makes renting very easy. Makenzie and her team have always been quick to respond and are understanding and kind. Maintenance is sometimes a little delayed when we request it, however they make sure it gets done well. All in all they have been great to us, certainly better than other property management companies I have used in the past!

Same-day response to maintenance requests. Respectful and reasonable. I have been a tenant with them for over three years. I actually moved much farther south to stay with this company when the previous owner I was leasing from needed to sell his home. My deposit was refunded in full, less lease initiation fee!

Good landlord, but once we moved out and once we got the deposit back it looked like they almost tried to match the damages (There were damages, I will admit to that), and cleaning to almost the exact amount of our deposit. When I confronted our landlord, I was given excuses on how the lawn and garden were not cut so they did it themselves, which I never saw them there, and said we killed the garden which was already dead due to it being the middle of winter... Wouldn't recommend.
