I was "renting" and LG 55 inch OLED tv. Now mind you I have paid off and bought several items at this place. About 2 weeks ago the tv stops turning on. I call rentacenter and they send an employee out. He turns it on and calls the store manager says i dont see anything broken outside or inside the tv it just wont turn on. I spoke to the store manager he says we can give you a loaner. I said no i dont want this or anything else. They take the tv. I dont hear a word from them for 2 weeks. Than today they call asking for my payment. I told him i returned that and do not want it or anything else. I said im not paying for something indont have and i didnt break. He says well we havnt figured out why it wont turn on. Not my Problem. Seriously its rental i didnt break it it stopped working not oaying for it.
