-Issue has been resolved since 8/17/19. Your new portal to pay rent is broken. I paid rent on time on 8/1/19. I have the confirmation pin, along with screen shots of the error message from your new portal and money was withdrawn from my account. But it still shows the rent amount due for Aug 2019 on your website along with a late fee charge.I called 8/6/19 and spoke with a representative and have not heard back. I have reached out the following day 8/7/19 for an update and have not heard anything back. I sent an email yesterday 8/13/19 requesting an update. When I tried to reach out through Client Services I am not able to submit a request.
