I have lived at two properties managed by Renters Warehouse for the past four years and it has been the biggest headache I have ever had to deal with. There are too many hoops to jump through in order to get anything done. We have had multiple maintenance issues that have taken over a month to get taken care of. They have also added hundreds of dollars of late fees due to errors with their payment system. All of which have taken multiple months and a dozen phone calls to deal with. I would not recommend renters warehouse to anyone.

I would advise any property owner to stay FAR AWAY from this company. Awful communication, tenant rent doesn't get disbursed until almost halfway through the month, overall an extremely unprofessional company. It is well worth paying extra for a different company!

To say that dealing with renters warehouse has been disappointing is an understatement. We had excellent communication up until the day we signed our rental agreement. Once the agreement was signed the agent that we had worked with has not returned emails or phone calls. I went to pay our first months bill one day before it was due and found that my account is not set up to accept online payments. However, the only way they allow you to pay is online via there website (and supposedly there is an option to set up auto pay but this option is not in my account anywhere... also verified by the customer service rep) or mail a cashiers check or hand deliver a cashiers check. Neither of which are convenient to the tenant. I have called the contact number 3 times and every rep I have spoken with has been very kind but not helpful whatsoever. I have now been charged a $50 late fee due to the lack of attention to my requests by renters warehouse. If you are looking to rent, I would suggest that you save yourself the hassle and find a different property that is not managed by renters warehouse.

Company is one big massive scam. No one is looking out for tenants. New pay portal is so bad it charges you rent twice and can’t even send you a confirmation email the same day. They built this new platform so they can charge everyone late fees when their portal can’t even process your payment or confirm that you’ve paid.

We had an amazing agent, Bob Feland!! He was patient with us taking the time to look at the rental and allowed us to come back a second time as well to take measurements and see what we didn't the first time. Bob was very prompt on calling or texting us back regarding all of our questions and concerns before signing the agreement! Very kind, considerate and thorough. Thank YOU Bob and thank you for helping us find our new rental!! We shall use you again down the road!

Very bad organization. I will never recommend them to anyone. If you like yourself stay away.
